Our team consists of highly skilled development

We are passionate and professional individuals who work beyond expectations. With our accumulated industry knowledge of more than 10 years in talent management, our team is very much people centered, with organizational work outlook. Our goal to give our client a holistic approach to talent development, so we're not worried so much about being the biggest but the best. We are a small but perfectly formed team, small enough to be quick and responsive but big enough to be reliable and going an extra mile. It was founded by Mxolisi Vilane, who holds BCom Economics, BCom Honours in Supply Chain Ma- nagement and Masters in Development Studies. He has worked for both the public sector and corporate and has more than 8 years of experience in training and talent management.

As a training provider we are accredited with Services SETA on;
New Venture Creation NQF level 4: Qualification ID 66279 and
Business Administration Services NQF level 4: Qualification ID 66595.
